Golf-ish is more than a six-week golf fitness camp.
We intend to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to embrace your fitness journey long after the program ends. Members will receive 24/7 digital access to our coursework — every movement, exercise, and drill we teach inside the gym will also be available online for you to review, refine, and master at your own pace.
