2-Day/1-Night Retreat - $300

- Location: J3 at the Gap, Well Street Fitness Facility (overnight accommodations provided on-site)
- Description: Step away from the everyday grind and dive into a two-day wellness adventure. This immersive retreat combines challenging fitness activities, deep relaxation, and community connection. From sunrise workouts to fireside reflections, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose and vitality.
- Key Features: Full-day fitness circuit including strength, cardio, and mobility training
- Evening sound bath and restorative yoga under the stars
- Locally sourced, nutrient-packed meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks)
- Relax in the hillbilly sauna & hot tubs, or take an invigorating plunge in the cold creek

What to Pack
To make the most of your Wellness Retreat at J3 at the Gap, come prepared with the essentials. Here’s what we recommend:
For Both 1 Full Day and 2-Day/1-Night Retreats:
- Workout Gear: Comfortable, moisture-wicking activewear (e.g., leggings, shorts, tank tops) and supportive athletic shoes for fitness sessions & hiking boots/shoes for the hike. Bring an extra set if you sweat a lot!
- Yoga Mat: We’ll provide some blankets, but feel free to bring your own yoga for comfort during yoga and meditation.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated —water bottles available.
- Towel: A small, quick-dry towel for workouts.
- Sunscreen & Hat: Outdoor activities are planned, so protect yourself from the sun.
- Comfortable Layers: A lightweight jacket or hoodie for cooler moments, especially during meditation or outdoor transitions.
- Bug spray: We will be outdoors.
- Swimsuit (Optional): If you’d like to use the Sauna, hot tubs and plunge bring appropriate clothing! Can even be athletic clothing if that is more comfortable just be sure to bring a change of clothes.
Additional Items for 2-Day/1-Night Retreat:
- Overnight Essentials: Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), a change of casual clothes, and sleepwear for cozy downtime.
- Swimsuit (Optional): If you’d like to take a dip during free time—check with us closer to the date for pool or water access updates!
- Pillow or Blanket: Bedding is provided but bring your favorite for extra comfort during the overnight stay.
Note: Meals and snacks are provided, so no need to pack food unless you have specific dietary preferences. Leave bulky equipment at home—Well Street Fitness has everything you’ll need for the fitness components!
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy for the Wellness Retreat at J3 at the Gap:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the retreat start date (before March 29, 2025): Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 4-6 days before (March 30 - April 1, 2025): 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before (April 2 - April 4, 2025): No refund.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy. Please reach out to us directly with any questions or to process a cancellation.
Shared Accommodations
Please note that overnight accommodations at J3 at the Gap are shared with other participants (e.g., shared home and/or shared rooms). By registering for the 2-Day/1-Night Retreat, I acknowledge that I will be sharing accommodations during the retreat.

Ready for a day (or two) of nature, wellness, and connection? Choose your adventure: a 1-Day Escape or a 2-Day/1-Night Recharge. Here’s the plan—pack your hiking gear, grab your intention journal (we’ve got you covered), and let’s dive in!

Day 1: For All Guests
Kicks off your retreat, whether you’re staying for one day or two.
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Guest Check-In
Where: Arrive to J3 Parking lot→ Tram/UTV to Hen House
- Warm up by fire pits with grab-and-go breakfast, visit with friends or explore the property
- Overnight Guests: Drop your bags at your accommodations.
- 9:00 AM Sharp: Meet at Hen House in hiking clothes with your journal.
9:00 AM | Intention Journaling
Where: Hen House
- Begin the Well Street Fitness/J3 retreat mission and set your intentions with guided journaling.
9:30 AM | Stretch & Ozarks Nature Hike
Where: Hen House → Paw Paw Point → Shop Creek → Livery
- Start with a stretch, then a moderate hike through the Ozarks. (there may be a few steep inclines and uneven turain)
- Be on the look out for morel mushrooms.
- Group photo at Shop Creek.
- Land at Livery for fire pits, refreshments, and light snacks.
10:45 AM | Wellness Relays or Bodyweight Workout
- Pick your vibe: team relays or a chill bodyweight session (less jumping, more ease).
12:00 PM | Lunch & Table Games
Where: Livery
- Dig into lunch while chatting strength and mobility.
- Unwind with fun casino style table games.
1:00 PM | Free Time Options
- Sauna/Cold Plunge @ Shop Creek
- Hammock Meditation @ Bungalow
- Hillbilly Hot Tub @ Hen House or your accomodation
- Essence Showers @ Bath House

- Roast s’mores and swap stories by the fire.
9:00 PM | Day 1 Wraps
- 1-Day Guests: Head home.
- 2-Day Guests: Hang out or retreat to your room.
Day 2: For 2-Day/1-Night Guests

- Refresh with a nature-inspired stretch session.
9:15 AM | Sauna / Cold Plunge
Where: Shop Creek
- Dive into sauna or plunge time, then ease into free time.
- By 11:00 AM: Head to Hen House.
11:30 AM | Nutrition Workshop
Where: Hen House
- Eat Drink and soak up the Nutrition knowlege.
12:00 PM | Box Lunch Break
- Grab a box lunch to fuel the final stretch.
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM | Nutrition Workshop Finale
- Wrap up with a group photo.
1:00 PM | Retreat Ends
- Hit the Arkansas Grand Canyon scenic overlook for one last group shot before heading home.
