Tailored for young athletes ages 7-11, this youth performance training program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation, boost confidence, and ignite a passion for movement.
The Parisi Jump Start Program is a science-backed training initiative that capitalizes on the critical motor skill development phase for kids ages 7-11. This is the perfect time to enhance coordination, speed, agility, and strength—key ingredients for excelling in sports and staying active. Guided by certified Parisi Performance Coaches, our program offers a fun, supportive environment where young athletes can grow, learn, and thrive.
Speed Development: Master Parisi’s proven techniques to improve acceleration and running form.
Agility and Coordination: Sharpen quickness and change-of-direction skills through dynamic drills.
Strength and Power: Build foundational strength with safe, bodyweight exercises and develop explosive power through movements like jumps.
Confidence and Mindset: Foster self-esteem, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.
Each one-hour session is limited to small groups (6-8 athletes) for personalized coaching. Using exciting tools like ladders, plyometrics, and bodyweight exercises, we keep kids engaged while helping them develop skills that last a lifetime.
